Write to support@psolari.app. One person reads it, so a reply usually takes a day or two.

It helps to say which device and app version you are on. The version is at the foot of Settings.

Common questions

When does the puzzle change?

At midnight UTC, worldwide at the same instant. Everyone plays the same puzzle, so it does not turn over at your local midnight. A finished Daily shows how long until the next one.

I lost my history

History and progress live only on your device, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone loses them. There is no account to restore from. That is the trade for collecting nothing that identifies you.

How do I stop sharing my results?

Settings, then Data sharing. It takes effect immediately and permanently. Sharing is off unless you turned it on.

Can you delete the results I already shared?

No, and not because we would rather not. Results carry no name, account or device identifier, so there is nothing to search by. See the privacy policy.

Is there an account?

No. No sign-up, no password, no email address.
